Log Book ~ The Journey of TraumAnchor,
Welcome to the Log Book—a space where I share updates on this evolving project.

The idea for TraumAnchor came from a deeply personal place. As someone living with C-PTSD, I know firsthand the weight of trauma—how it can shake the foundation of who you are, leave you feeling untethered, and make the world seem overwhelming. I’ve experienced crippling panic, the despair, and the loneliness that can accompany it. In those moments, I wished for a place that felt safe, grounding, and understanding—a space to breathe when everything felt too much.

That’s the vision behind TraumAnchor.

This website, and maybe eventually a co-existing app, is being built as a kind of refuge—a place where those struggling with trauma can find comfort, validation, and gentle guidance. Sometimes, we don’t need solutions or pressure to ‘heal faster’—we just need to be seen, to be understood, and to have a space where we’re not alone in our experiences.

I want this project to reflect kindness and compassion because living with trauma can be isolating and deeply painful. It’s a work in progress, and I’ll be adding to it over time.

I hope your visit brought you comfort or guidance. Wishing you the very best.
